Second hand equipment is sold “tested” and carry a 30 days warranty against D.O.A. only!

Shipping damages must be reported no later than 48 hours after the package arrival. All boxes and packing material must be kept while a claim is processed as the shipping carrier may require an inspection of the goods and the packing material.

All orders for custom-built equipment, such as Power Supplies, are non-refundable, non-cancelable once a deposit is received and non-returnable after shipment. Our Power Supplies carry a 3 years warranty. In the unlikely event of defects, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The warranty will be void if the warranty seals are broken and if the unit is tampered with or serviced by a technician without our previously written authorization.
